The Capitari name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Capitari or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Capitari exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid to Capitari in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
