Paper copies will be provided to you at no charge. Your request for paper copies will not be treated as a withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic Communications.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

Please be aware that withdrawing your consent to receive electronic Communications may slow the processing of your application, limit your ability to use certain features of our services, or result in the termination of your application.
