Electronic Communications may be provided to you via email, text message, through our website, through a secure online portal, or by making them accessible on a website designated by Capitari.
3. Hardware and Software Requirements

6. Updating Your Contact Information
It is your responsibility to keep your email address, phone number, and other contact information current so that we can communicate with you electronically. If your contact information changes, please notify us promptly by emailing contact@capitari.com or calling (888) 312-8055.

8. Federal and State Law
You acknowledge that the E-SIGN Act and applicable state laws permit the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in interstate and foreign commerce. Nothing in this E-Consent waives any rights you may have under federal, state, or local consumer protection laws, including the right to receive certain disclosures in writing.
9. Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this Electronic Disclosure and Consent from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
