Opt Out of Communications

Capitari respects your communication preferences. You have the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time. This page explains the various ways you can manage your communication preferences and stop receiving certain types of messages from us.
Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or account-related communications that we are required or permitted to send in connection with an active application or financing arrangement.
1. Email Opt-Out
To stop receiving marketing emails from Capitari:
- Unsubscribe Link:Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us. You will be removed from our marketing email list.
- Email Request: Send an email to contact@capitari.com with the subject line "Email Opt-Out" and include the email address(es) you want removed from our marketing list.
Processing time: Your request will be processed within 10 business days. You may receive a small number of previously scheduled emails during the processing period.
2. Phone Call Opt-Out
To stop receiving marketing phone calls from Capitari:
- During a Call: Ask the representative to place you on our internal do-not-call list.
- Call Us: Contact us at (888) 312-8055 and request to be added to our do-not-call list. Provide the phone number(s) you want removed.
- Email Request: Send an email to contact@capitari.com with the subject line "Phone Opt-Out" and include the phone number(s) you want removed.
Processing time: Your request will be processed within 10 business days.
3. Text Message (SMS) Opt-Out
To stop receiving marketing text messages from Capitari:
- Reply STOP:Reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and will be removed from our text message list.
- Call Us: Contact us at (888) 312-8055 and request to stop receiving text messages. Provide the phone number(s) you want removed.
- Email Request: Send an email to contact@capitari.com with the subject line "Text Opt-Out" and include the phone number(s) you want removed.
Processing time: Reply STOP requests are processed immediately. Other requests will be processed within 10 business days.
4. Direct Mail Opt-Out
To stop receiving marketing materials by postal mail:
- Email Request: Send an email to contact@capitari.com with the subject line "Mail Opt-Out" and include your full name and mailing address.
- Written Request: Send a written opt-out request to Capitari, 99 Wall Street, Suite #1826, New York, NY York 11235. Include your full name and the mailing address you want removed.
Processing time: Please allow up to 30 days for mail opt-out requests to be fully processed, as some mailings may already be in progress.
5. Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise this right, please email us at contact@capitari.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" or review our California Privacy Notice for more details.
6. Submit an Opt-Out Request
You can submit a comprehensive opt-out request by contacting us directly. Please provide the following information:
Required Information for Opt-Out Requests:
- Your full legal name (and business name, if applicable)
- The email address(es) associated with your account or inquiry
- The phone number(s) you want removed from call and text lists
- Your mailing address (if opting out of postal mail)
- The type(s) of communication you wish to opt out of (email, phone, text, mail, or all)

7. Processing Timeline
Opt-out requests are generally processed according to the following timeline:

8. Important Notes
- Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional or service-related communications, such as application status updates, account notices, and legally required disclosures.
- If you have submitted information to multiple lending partners through our platform, you may need to opt out with each partner separately. Capitari can only manage communications sent directly by Capitari.
- If you later submit a new application or inquiry, your opt-out preferences will remain in effect unless you provide new consent to receive marketing communications.
- Opt-out requests are applied to the specific contact information provided. If you have multiple email addresses or phone numbers on file, please include all that you wish to remove.
