  • Communications delivered via an automatic telephone dialing system ("autodialer")

These communications may be made to any telephone number you provide, including mobile, landline, and VoIP numbers. You understand that your cellular or mobile telephone provider may charge you fees for receiving calls and text messages, and you are solely responsible for any such charges.

  • Requests for additional documentation or information needed to process your application

You acknowledge and agree that communications may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer) and/or pre-recorded or artificial voice messages. An autodialer is equipment that has the capacity to store or produce telephone numbers to be called, using a random or sequential number generator, and to dial such numbers. You consent to receiving communications through these methods at the number(s) you provide.

5. Not a Condition of Purchase or Service

Your consent to receive calls and text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Capitari or its lending partners. You are not required to consent to automated communications as a condition of obtaining financing or any other service. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may still submit an application or inquiry by contacting us directly at the phone number or email address listed below.

6. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent or received. Message frequency varies depending on your application status and communication preferences. Capitari is not responsible for any charges your wireless carrier may impose for receiving calls or text messages.

7. How to Opt Out

You may revoke your consent and opt out of receiving calls and/or text messages at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Text Messages: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
  • Phone Calls: Inform the caller that you wish to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, or call us at (888) 312-8055
  • Email: Send an opt-out request to contact@capitari.com with the subject line "Opt Out"
  • Online: Visit our Opt-Out page for additional options

Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out request to be fully processed. You may still receive transactional or account-related communications after opting out of marketing messages.

We may update this TCPA Consent Disclosure from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
